Vacation Giveaway Terms & Conditions


This is limited to people who Purchase and/or sell with Steven Rea in the calander year of 2025. The closing must be no later than Dec. 30th 2025 to qualify. 


Entry is limited to only full commission deals (2.5%) or higher. There is no limit on how many entries you can have as long as homes close in the year of 2025. 


Location is restricted to The Greater Toronto Area (GTA).


Vacation Package will be for Two (2) Adults. There will be blackout periods for vacation booking* 

Giveaway is nontransferable and not redeemable for Cash value. 

Winner will give consent to Steven Rea using, but not limited to, photo, name, etc. for advertising purposes

Winner will be announced Dec. 31st at 9:30PM via live stream conducted through Facebook.
